AM Boilers fabricates storage tanks across a full range of applications, including MBBR tanks, water storage units, process vessels, and chemical containers. All work is carried out in compliance with TPI standards, using high-grade materials selected for the specific service environment. Our teams handle complete tank builds as well as modifications and repairs to existing structures. Plate cropping and renewal, internal lining support, structural bracing, and nozzle changes are all handled in-house, under documented QA/QC procedures from raw material intake through final sign-off.

Precision Spools for Every Pressure Rating and Material.

Our piping fabrication and installation capabilities cover high- and low-pressure systems across boiler steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and thick-walled piping. Spools are precision-fabricated in our workshops to exact dimensional requirements, then installed on site by our own teams, eliminating the coordination gaps that come with split-scope contracts. We handle full pipe routing, manifold assembly, and valve integration, all to TPI standards. Work is supported by certified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and NDT verification at every critical joint.

Assembled Off-Site. Installed With Ease.

We design and fabricate modular piping skids for boiler feed pump systems, chemical dosing units, and fuel conditioning packages. All skids are fully assembled (frames, piping, valves, and controls) in our workshop, pressure tested, and supplied ready to be installed without additional assembly. This makes for very quick installation on site and dramatically reduces the potential for errors during installation. Skids can be commissioned and handed over to the client much more quickly - great for time-critical projects where access on site is limited.

Our DNV-GL TPI-approved workshops handle the full scope of pressure vessel work: new fabrication and repair across deaerators, blowdown tanks, filter drums, heat exchangers, separators, and air receivers. All vessel work is carried out under ASME code compliance, with documented inspection procedures, NDT verification, and sign-off protocols aligned with applicable standards. Heavy shell plate replacement, dish-end re-heading, nozzle renewal, and post-weld heat treatment are all within our in-house capability.

AM Boilers utilizes TPI-certified TIG, MIG, and SMAW welders for repair and maintenance projects in the marine and industrial sectors in the boiler furnace, steam drum, and various confined-space tasks that demand qualification and procedures adherence. Our welders carry IACS TPI approvals for GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, and SMAW processes, with certified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) for all critical weld categories. We maintain an in-house stock of certified boiler tubes, finned tubes, and steel plates, which means we arrive with materials, not just personnel, reducing waiting time and keeping downtime to a minimum.

Our dedicated on-site teams provide fabrication, equipment modification, maintenance, and planned shutdown support across marine vessels and industrial facilities on a 24/7 basis. Riding crews are available for voyage repairs, with rapid mobilisation to any UAE port or industrial site. For planned shutdowns, we coordinate the full scope: UHP cleaning, refractory work, equipment overhaul, and structural modification, within the available window. Emergency response capability means that when an unplanned outage occurs, a qualified team with the right equipment can be on site fast.
