We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Marine Services Division. This role focuses on promoting and selling specialized services, including repairs and maintenance of boilers, heat exchangers, incinerators, and the design, sale, and installation of metallic expansion bellows. The ideal candidate will understand marine engineering systems, thermal management, and fluid control—providing tailored solutions to clients across the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of marine boiler repairs, expansion bellows, and other ship equipment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
Prepare and submit technical proposals and quotations.
Follow up with clients daily and ensure timely communication.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within marine services, ship repair, or related equipment sectors.
Technical understanding of boilers, incinerators, IGG systems, and expansion bellows.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the Middle East market and a willingness to travel for client visits.
A valid driver’s license is mandatory..
